Uszka with mushrooms
Packaging method: 350g polystyrene - 7 day shelf life, 1 kg box - 14 day shelf life
Small dumplings, ingredients: wheat flour, white mushrooms, pleurotus, onions, wild mushrooms, spicery.
Preparation:
Drop into hot salt water (90oC) stir gently and take out after 2 min; do not boil. Serve in clear borscht or stock.
