Large dumplings (respectively 40g), ingredients: wheat flour, spinach, curd, garlic, spicery.

Preparation:

Drop into hot salt water (90^oC) stir gently and take out after 2 min- do not boil - or heat up in a microwave. Serve with fried bacon and melted butter.
