Large dumplings (respectively 40g), ingredients: wheat flour, potato flakes, curd, bacon, onions, spicery.

Preparation:

Drop into hot salt water (90^oC) stir gently and take out after 2 min - do not boil - or heat up in a microwave. Serve with fried onions and fried bacon. You will add a unique taste and a golden colour to the dumplings when frying them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
