Lazy dumplings
Packaging method: 350g polystyrene tray - 7 day shelf life, 1 kg box or 1 kg bag- 14 day shelf life
Ingredients: curd, wheat flour, potato flakes and eggs.
Preparation:
Drop into hot salt water (90oC), stir gently and take out after 2 min - do not boil - or heat up in a microwave. Serve with cream and sugar or with melted butter or fried crumbs.
Perfect dish for children.
