Excellent dumplings stuffed with cabbage and mushrooms
Packaging method: 350g polystyrene tray - 7 days, 1 kg box - 14 day shelf life
Large dumplings (respectively 40g), ingredients: wheat flour, sauerkraut, white mushrooms, onions, wild mushrooms.
Preparation:
Drop into hot salt water (90o C) stir gently and take out after 2 min - do not boil - or heat up in a microwave. Serve with fried onions and fried bacon. You will add a unique taste and a golden colour to the dumplings when frying them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
