Potato dumplings with spinach
Packaging method: 350g polystyrene tray - 7 day shelf life, 350 bag - 14 days, 1 kg box or 1 kg bag- 14 day shelf life
Green potato dumplings, ingredients: potato flakes, spinach, wheat flour, eggs and powdered milk.
Preparation:
Drop into hot salt water (90oC) stir gently and take out after 2 min - do not boil. You might as well bake this dish in an oven or heat it up in a microwave. Serve as a main dish with fried bacon or melted butter or with a sauce as a side dish with meat dishes.
