Potato dumplings
Packaging method: polystyrene tray 350g - 7 day shelf life, bag 350g - 14 days, 1 kg box or bag 1kg - 14 day shelf life
Dumplings with a little hole, ingredients: potato flakes, potato starch, vegetable oil, eggs and powdered milk.
Preparation:
Drop into hot salt water (90oC) stir gently and take out after 2 min - do not boil. You can also heat this dish up in a microwave. Serve as a main dish with sauces and melted butter or as a side dish with meat and vegetables.
